I’m not just a personal trainer, I’m a passionate nerd who’s specialized in working with people and their dreams and goals. I’ve travelled around the world for CrossFit and I love sports and challenging myself both physically and mentally. 

As your personal trainer, I want to support you in unleashing the great potential you have, and I will challenge you to grow and become the strongest version you can be.
I’m dedicated, ambitious and playful in my approach, and the chasing will be an educational and fun journey for you.  

With a heavy background within both personal training and neurocoaching, you will experience an actual chase for excellence with me.
